And, some of the vinyl covering is curling back and will have to be re-glued as necessary (I did this with the driver and passenger station arm-rests.)

The sofa-sleeper is brand new and quite comfy and firm. The captain's chairs are in good shape and comfy, although they do have some dark discoloration from where bicycle tires have rubbed up against them.

I don't watch TV, so it's been a very low consideration, for me. The coach came with two really old-style analog tuning TV's. I threw out the one in the back. There is still has one up front, and it worked, last time I checked, but you'll probably want to replace it with something a little more modern.

There is a VCR player in the cabinet above the driver's station, and a signal distribution box to switch the signal source (antenna/ cable/VCR). Again, I don't use any of it. I watch movies on my computer and that's about all I need.

The refrigerator is new - you get to pull the blue packing-tape inside. Reefers are like generators - they don't like sitting around. That's what killed the old one, I'm afraid. So, you have a nice new three-way.

Hot water heater was replaced about five years ago, also. The microwave is the original with mechanical timer and controls.

Stove is a four burner with oven. The burners are activated with a pilot light - a nice feature, actually. Many motorhomes (including my camper) don't have pilots.

The dinette seats are a bit soft. You might want to re-upholster/ replace them somewhere down the line.

This is a split, walkthrough arrangement between the galley and the rear-office. Shower and tub is on the starboard side, toilet and washbasin on the port side. Sliding doors section off the space, as necessary.
